Director of Food & Beverage
This position is responsible for directing all aspects of food & beverage operations while maintaining a profitable food & beverage department, quality products and exemplary customer service. The candidate should be able to market ideas to promote the business, meet payroll and departmental budgets and supervise all personnel.
Candidate must be able to communicate both verbally and written, be an effective listener, be able to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines and be familiar with the Micros System. He/she must have at least four years of progressive experience in all aspects of food and beverage as well as a proficient understanding of health department rules/regulations and liquor laws. Job sometimes requires long hours, weekends and holidays.
